Also, they are rich in essential nutrients like Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, folic acid, iron, potassium, and calcium that enhances hair growth.

Soak some fenugreek seeds overnight. In the morning, strain the water and grind the seeds to make a paste. Apply it on the scalp for 30 minutes. Wash it off using a mild shampoo.
