Foot spa is one of the most rewarding and effective techniques that will rejuvenate, refresh, and relax your poor feet after a long weary day. The wonderful news is that neither you have to leave the comfort of your home nor you have to splurge money at the salon.
Its time to bring back your feet to life again with easy to follow DIY.
Essential Equipments:
✅ A big plastic tub
✅ Warm Water
✅ Essential Oils (10 - 15 drops)
✅ Sea Salts
✅ Cuticle Pusher
✅ Towel
✅ Rose Petals (optional)
✅ Lemon 
✅ Foot Scrub
➲➲➲➲ Ingredients Required:
  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil
  • 2tbsps of sugar
  • 2 tbsps of coffee grounds
➲➲➲➲Mix all the ingredients and make a thick paste.
✅ Foot mask
➲➲➲➲ Ingredients Required:
  • 2 tbsps of Multani mitti
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 1 tbsp of rose water
  • 1/2 a spoon of lemon juice
➲➲➲➲Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

Before you start with your foot spa, create a nice, calming, and comfortable environment. Put on your favorite music and burn a soothing scented candle to create a relaxing ambiance.

1. Soak Your Feet In Lukewarm Water

Fill a tub with warm water and lemon, sea salt, essential oil, and rose petals in it. This will not only relax and soften your feet but it will also alleviate any pain. You have to soak your feet for about 15 minutes for better results. Until then, you can relax, lean back, and read a book or sip your favorite drink.

2. Exfoliate Your Skin

Get rid of the dirt from the feet and cuticles. For cuticles, first apply a moisturizer on the toenails and then gently push them using a cuticle pusher. For feet, apply the foot scrub all over your feet and massage for 15 - 20 minutes. Rinse well.

3. Foot Mask

Apply the foot mask on your feet and let it sit for around 20 minutes. Wash it off with warm water and use a towel to pat your feet dry. Multani mitti and honey acts as a moisturizer and rose water will leave its fragrance.
