Before you start with your foot spa, create a nice, calming, and comfortable environment. Put on your favorite music and burn a soothing scented candle to create a relaxing ambiance.
Let's commence.
1. Soak Your Feet In Lukewarm Water
Fill a tub with warm water and lemon, sea salt, essential oil, and rose petals in it. This will not only relax and soften your feet but it will also alleviate any pain. You have to soak your feet for about 15 minutes for better results. Until then, you can relax, lean back, and read a book or sip your favorite drink.
2. Exfoliate Your Skin
Get rid of the dirt from the feet and cuticles. For cuticles, first apply a moisturizer on the toenails and then gently push them using a cuticle pusher. For feet, apply the foot scrub all over your feet and massage for 15 - 20 minutes. Rinse well.
3. Foot Mask
Apply the foot mask on your feet and let it sit for around 20 minutes. Wash it off with warm water and use a towel to pat your feet dry. Multani mitti and honey acts as a moisturizer and rose water will leave its fragrance.
